Our climate controlled Kennel building

The kennel facility has both heat and air conditioning with blue-tooth temperature sensors that alert my phone if temps exceed the programmed range. There is a google nest smart smoke alarm that alerts my phone as well.  Instrumental music is playing 24/7 which is a calming affect on both adult dogs and puppies. The interior has many cameras at every angle to view all the dogs and puppies remotely on my phone if I need to run errands.

Large air curtains are above the back door and blows air downward when the doors are open to prevent flies from entering the building. The puppy run is 18 feet long with raised floor and rubber perforated flooring to let urine pass through away from the babies. A fresh water licker is piped in so puppies have a constant supply of fresh water.

The inside of the facility is pressure washed out using virus (Parvo) killing cleaners. This is done every single day!

Adjacent to the kennel building is the RV puppy palace. This is where mamas have their babies. Its away from the chatter of the other dogs giving mama a quiet peaceful place to have her babies. I stay in there and sleep with them until they're all ready to be moved into the kennel building. I can see and hear everything with the newborns and able to address any potential problems that could arise. The RV is equipped with everything needed including oxygen machine, IV fluids, feeding tubes and antibiotics should they ever be needed.  I also can cook for her the special diet she needs while pregnant and nursing. Mama stays in the RV for 3 to 3 1/2 weeks and then is moved with her babies into the kennel.

We have a Generac whole house generator fueled by a 250 gallon propane tank soley for the kennel and RV should power go out which happens a lot. Temps in summer can reach 112 degrees and is deadly. The Generac comes on immediately with no delay in air conditioning, lighting, cameras and music. It is a COMPLETE peace of mind for the safety of all my dogs and puppies.
