We've been researching on the Keeshond breed for a long time now. We unluckily encountered puppy mills/back yard breeders that sold Keeshonden and never cared about the breed, nor their health and only wanted money, we then ran into Cindy on AKC and wow! We knew from there we were blessed! We arranged to meet and it was the best puppy experience we've had.We have had a bad experience with a sick puppy and we told Cindy the truth, we were afraid of getting an ill puppy and going through the terrible experience again. Cindy right away assured us she provides the best, health is her priority, we felt very much at ease! We literally spent i'd say more than 2 hours at her home just choosing a puppy. Cindy was very very patient with us. Provides us the best answers possible, she is very honest and very welcoming. I absolutely loved meeting all of her Keeshonden, very friendly and loving! If we have a question in regards to health, personality, food, etc. you name it, she gives honest answers. Cindy and her husband are amazing people who raise amazing dogs. I highly recommend her! Because of her, she completed our family of 4. Our Pomeranian puppy now has a brother and they get along perfectly, he has such an amazing temperament, beautiful coat, he is absolutely perfect and is a perfect match with our little family!

We had been looking for a Keeshond puppy for long time, and reached out to many breeders around the country. When we found Cindy’s website, we were so thankful to find a breeder in California who is a true Keeshond lover.
Through many e mails exchanges and phone calls, she was always very nice and patient to answer all of my questions about the Keeshond breed, and how to best care for the puppy. With her experience and knowledge, we learned a lot about this breed. When we visited her house, we could see all of her dogs and puppies running around in their wonderful home. While we were hanging out with all of her dogs, we could see why it’s important to have a puppy from happy home. It was Keeshond heaven. (I am telling you, her dogs looked absolutely cuter than the pictures!! Her dogs have beautiful coats that were in perfect shape, and they were the friendliest dogs you could ever meet. Grayson and Cooper were sitting next to us, or on top of us, the whole time we were there! They were so friendly!) The dogs have enough area to run around. Cindy and her husband were very nice to show her house and how they care for those happy dogs. She showed me what is the right food for the breed, and other supplies that she found useful from her long Keeshond breeding experience.
We feel very lucky to have met Cindy. Our puppy, Kiki is the cutest dog I could imagine. She is very healthy, playful and her coat is super soft and fluffy. If you are searching for a happy, and healthy Keeshond puppy, I highly recommend her.
Thank you so much Cindy, we couldn't be happier with Kiki. We will keep in touch, we might need another puppy soon from you! :)
Thank you again!

We recently purchased our little Keeshond boy. We are past owners of Keeshonds but due to their rarity, we had not been able to find one since the passing of our last one in 2005. We currently have other dogs but they are of another breed. I located Cindy on the AKC website. We were looking for a reputable breeder and thought this was a perfect place to start. How fortunate that Cindy had available puppies. We made our appointment to visit the puppies and were immediately greeted by her husband Phillip. Both Cindy and Phillip made us feel like we were family and not total strangers. It's amazing how tidy Cindy keeps her house, considering the volume of dogs and puppies in their house. We love the Keeshond breed but have been hesistant about calling on some of the ads that we have seen in the papers. We are so thrilled to have found both the perfect breeder and new addition to our family. We highly recommend Cindy if you are looking for a Keeshond. If you know nothing about this breed, they are the friendliest and most fun loving. We love our new baby boy and are looking forward to purchasing another puppy from Cindy in the future.

We came across Cindy on the AKC website after my son was researching on-line for the best breed for our next family dog. We contacted Cindy during a very difficult time for our family. We were in the decision making process of putting down our beloved 12 1/2 year old dog that we had rescued as a puppy and we were just heartbroken. I knew our household wouldn't be without a furry companion for long but I also was afraid to rush into anything. Cindy's responded back to my email just a few hours after I sent it and her first paragraph was dedicated to pet loss and her understanding and sympathy toward what our family was going through. She was very respectful of our timing but kindly offered information on the breed, her puppies, and even extended an invitation to her house the following day. My kids were very excited to see ALL of their animals which were not limited to just dogs but were also excited to meet the puppies. We felt so blessed to live within driving distance! Cindy and her husband are such warm and loving individuals who are obvious animal lovers. She often referred to the puppies as her babies and she treated them as such. We stayed for 3 hours playing with the puppies, meeting and interacting with the adult Keeshonds, and learning more about the breed. Needless to say, before we left, we had picked out a puppy! Bella has definitely been the silver lining to the dark cloud of our family's loss. She is amazingly playful and loving and isn't afraid to show it! :) She brings so much laughter and happiness to our family and is giving my kids an experience they will never forget! We are so grateful for Cindy and her husband! We are connected through Facebook so she can see how much Bella is growing and what she is up to. We also correspond via email as Cindy loves to hear updates about her babies. We thank them from the bottom of our hearts!

I am the proud mother of a Keeshound puppy bred by Cindy and Phillip Herzog. Captain Morgan is my 10th Kees. It isn't often anymore that you encounter people who are EXACTLY WHO AND WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE!!! I was fortunate enough to meet Cindy and her husband when they delivered my new boy. Because of a variety of issues I was unable to drive the 13 hours to their home. Cindy and Phillip rented a CruiseAmerica RV - loaded up Morgan's Mom and Dad, two other siblings, two aunts and an uncle and took to the road. Total of 8. This was beyond my wildest expectations. Great breeding lines, calm parents and a loving household produce exceptionally well balanced dogs who are intelligent and easy to train. HATS OFF THE CINDY AND PHILLIP!!!!!!!

I am now a proud father of a wonderful keeshond girl. I feel very lucky as Cindy was very accommodating with my million questions before I got my girl. I've read some online horror stories about certain breeders about being non-responsive to the would be puppy parents. Me and Cindy exchange messages for a couple of weeks and when It was finally time for me to pick my girl Cindy was willing to meet me halfway in Manteca with no extra charge. When I met Cindy and saw Shiva (my little girl) for the first time I really knew I lucked out as I saw the bond she had and the way she held her. She had all the needed paperwork for me and everything has been smoothsailing. I would love to thank Cindy from the bottom of my heart for being the person who provided me with the newest member of my family.

For two years I had been looking for a puppy. I have always wanted a Keeshond because I had just heard nothing but amazing, wonderful things about the breed and they seemed to be a perfect match for me. However, because they are so hard to find I had widened the search to other breeds.

In my search, I came across Cindy's website filled with pictures of brand new beautiful Keeshond puppies. I called her immediately and she was so amazing and talked to me for a long time giving me all of the information I could want about the breed and the puppies available. I live in New Mexico so she even let me face time with the puppies. I was in love right away and put a deposit down.

I flew to California and Cindy was nice enough to drive my little girl 3hrs from her home to the hotel I was staying at. My heart melted to the floor when I held Akua for the first time and it hasn't changed since. She is the sweetest, most amazing puppy and I'm so excited to spend my life with her! My mom now wants to get a puppy from Cindy as well. I can't thank her enough for being so accommodating in helping me get Akua. I will always refer anyone looking for a Keeshond to Cindy! Thank you!!

Cindy is very helpful. My fiancé and I have been apart of our puppies growth. She sends us update pictures and we've gone to her farm twice. She's so welcoming along with her husband. We love how passionate she is about her animals. Cindy adores every single animal on her farm and the newly born puppies and taken care in the best environment. Wanted to add our pictures with the puppies but don't know how too. Thank you Cindy for our puppy baby bear , we are truly grateful.

Happy, happy, happy. Our boy, Bandit, is all you could possibly dream of. The pup has obviously been well loved Cindy is a very caring, loving person. It was a pleasure to deal with her. She is totally truthful and supportive. This is definitely NOT A PUPPYMILL, which I was afraid of after having had a bad experience. This is a loving home atmosphere. Keeshondlove is just that, Keeshond-love. Thank you Cindy

We have had Bandit for one week now. He responds to his name, pees on the pee pad always, does his other business outside. He is one smart puppy. He also uses the dog door. Cindy must have played and cuddled these pups a lot, it shows. He and our 2 year old keeshond are playing very well together. This is my husband's 8th Keeshond and my third. Again, we are very happy. Thank you Cindy

If you’re looking for a keeshond, Cindy is absolutely someone you should contact! Great lines, fantastic temperament, and a loving home make for wonderful puppies. The past few weeks with my new keeshond, Lieutenant Handsome Mushi Pudding, have been an absolute blast and I am so grateful to Cindy for this new member of our family.

Previously, I had been researching for several months for a puppy, and contacted at least 10 different breeders, shelters, and ads over a half-year period in Southern California. I either got no response, they didn’t have the breed or stopped breeding, or were obviously a backyard breeder/puppy mill setup. I then decided to look into Northern California, and found Keeshondlove. Wow, am I glad I did! Keeshondlove is nothing like those previous places I talked with. When I first contacted Cindy, I was actually still debating between a keeshond and a papillon. Not once did Cindy pressure me to make a purchase or hurry, and as others said, she very readily answers any questions you have about the breed and her dogs. In fact, he encourages it! No matter how silly I thought my question was, she never made me feel like a bother for asking them and was more than happy to answer questions or send photos. She’s honest as well, telling both the pros and cons of the keeshond breed, to ensure that potential buyers are prepared for what they are getting. Cindy is very kind, professional, and passionate about what she does- which is even more apparent when we talk to her over FaceTime, and especially in person. I genuinely aspire to be more like her with all the joy, love, and patience she expresses!

As some other people mentioned, this is definitely NOT a puppy mill. Cindy dearly loves not only her dogs, but all her animals- which includes 9 horses and 2 calves. She built an extra room addition just for raising the puppies too. She does what she can to ensure that the puppy you bring home will be one that suits your lifestyle. They are healthy, well-socialized, and beautiful puppies. Cindy has a big heart, and it really shows with all the care she gives to her animals.

Additionally, if you request for delivery, the price is more than reasonable. I live in Southern California, and the delivery charge she asked for was actually cheaper than the gas it would have cost me to drive roundtrip to pick up my puppy! I was absolutely stunned, as that made it clear that she just wanted these dogs to go to good homes. She invests a lot of time into each individual puppy and does what she does because of her love for the breed, not to make a profit. On the day of delivery, she makes sure to spend all the time you need with her to show you anything you may want to know. She also tries to work around your schedule. Cindy will be there for you for the lifetime of your puppy. Questions, concerns, just exchanging photos- anything!

Lieutenant Handsome Mushi Pudding has just an absolute dear. He’s already enriched our lives many times over, and I can tell that during his weeks with Cindy, he was shown nothing but love. He’s smart, easy to train, and very mellow (while retaining that puppy playfulness!). Even one of our family friends, who is terrified of dogs large and small, willingly played with Lieutenant Handsome Mushi Pudding without us coaxing him to. The puppy is great with people, and really an eager learner. Within the first week, he is already potty trained to relieve himself only on the lawn, and knows all the basics like sit, stay, down, and even wait (yes, he won’t eat a treat centimeters from his face until we say it is okay to!).

During the second week, we worked on things like nail clipping, ear cleaning, and tooth brushing, and he took it all so well. He had zero problems with his paws being held for extended periods of time, and didn’t struggle away from the toothbrush. I can tell that Cindy spent a lot of time with these puppies, handling every inch of them very often to make sure that they were used to it. When we took him to the vet, the doctor and vet techs all said that he was the calmest puppy that they have ever encountered in their clinic! He is just that good, even around new people and environments, and I attribute this to all the time Cindy has spent raising him and his siblings.

While temperament is not guaranteed, Cindy really does try her best to ensure that you get a puppy with the traits you are looking for. I told her that I wanted a calmer, mellow puppy, especially since my mother is on the older side. Our little Lieutenant Handsome Mushi Pudding most certainly is! From our previous experience with puppies, we mentally braced ourselves for the tornado of mess and destruction sure to come with the first weeks of puppyhood. But so far, he’s just so easy to care for and largely keeps himself out of trouble!

Every day, we feel so blessed to have Lieutenant Handsome Mushi Pudding. Cindy and her family have done a phenomenal

Oops, it seems my comment is too long and the last bit got cut off! She really does deserve every last bit of praise, and more so! Anyways, Cindy and her family have done a phenomenal job raising their keeshonden!

Thank you so much Cindy for all your hard work! We couldn’t ask for a better puppy!

What can I say! We got our first kees in 1984. We fell in love with the breed. We had a long gap before we got another dog. Of course it had to be another kees. Nika is now 7 1/2 and a smart, wonderful girl. Around January, we decided she needed another kees for us and Nika. My husband found Cindy. We are so pleased not only is she and her husband wonderful b people, but the best keeshond breeders. I've never had such a puppy as our Brandi. I'm sure she learned from Nika, but I can only attribute Brandi'says loving, calm and wonderful demeanor to Cindy.

Brandi was pretty much housebroken in the first couple of weeks. I pick her up and she immediately puts her paws and head on my shoulders. She learned to sit immediately . When she sees the leash, she sits and waits for you to hook it. She was kennel trained in 2 days and slept at least 8 hours without going out to do her business.

I especially was thrilled when we took Brandi to the vet, he was quick to say what a very healthy little girl she is. Our Nika wasn't so healthy when we got her. She had worms and we had to start her puppy shots over. I now know the difference between an ok breeder and a great one. Cindy is awesome.

Thank you Cindy for giving our little further baby a very good beginning

January 18, 2016. One of the darkest days of my life. Gracie, my 8 year young Keeshond, crossed the Rainbow Bridge. I'm disabled & Gracie was my constant companion, best friend, my heart & soul, my reason & purpose.

The pain was too much for me to bear. I was lost in the deepest, darkest black hole without HOPE. Nothing was right for me anymore.

My Mom also deeply felt this great loss & tried to be strong for me.

Then a day came when she just couldn't confine her own pain. Misty, our German Shepherd/Collie mix was also in heartbreaking mourning. The energy in our home was gone. They needed someone.

So our search began, naturally first with Keeshonds. We are located in Illinois & have always adopted from rescues or shelters. I was not surprised when I was unable to find any Keeshonds. Not even in neighboring states.

I ended up at Keeshondlove & Cindy Herzog, a Keeshond breeder in California. Whenever I did a search, her site kept coming up.

Although I have never contacted a breeder in my life, I knew this was a sign this was the path I was supposed to follow.

I contacted Cindy who sympathetically listened to my story. She understood my pain.

She had only one baby girl available with multiple applicants. Upon further contact, I knew I could not afford the adoption of this little girl.

My heart already shattered by my loss of my Gracie, I had to tell Cindy.

To my utter amazement, she offered this baby to us at an adoption fee we could afford. Not only that -- she offered to personally fly out to Illinois to deliver her to us & place her in my arms!

I already felt Cindy was a truly good-hearted person. This was just the beginning of how genuine she is.

This went beyond a puppy. Cindy was offering me HOPE that things will get better.

It's too late to make my experience with Cindy short. I want & need to let everyone know our whole amazing story. I hope you continue to read it all.

Sadly, after telling my Mom of Cindy's generous offer, Mom said just wasn't ready. I had to tell Cindy, who again was understanding.

I felt a strong, undeniable connection with Cindy. I asked her although we won't be adopting, if we could continue to communicate. Without any hesitation, she said, of course! AND SHE DID!! We became friends without our adopting.

Cindy does not breed for financial gain, she breeds out of love for the Keeshond & she is unaware of the inexplicable joy & healing she gives to those who adopt from her. She genuinely cares not only about the puppies & new "parents". She cares about people!

Not long after this, Mom told me she was ready. I explained this to Cindy & had the nerve to ask her if her generous offer was still available.

Cindy told me the baby girl was already adopted. However, being the person Cindy is, she let me know that she's expecting a litter approximately March 28th & yes, the offer was still available to us!

We were ecstatic! We made the arrangements for a baby girl & Cindy kept me informed about how beautiful Mama, Contessa, was coming along.

When Contessa went into labor & began delivering, Cindy sent me pictures & videos of her progress. The love & trust Contessa has with Cindy was clearly visible. They have a very special bond, just as Cindy has with all her pets in other videos. It was just like I was there, sharing the experience! Our baby girl entered this world on March 30, 2016.

Contessa & babies were well. Cindy continued to send videos & pictures as the puppies grew. It was amazing!

Then came the time to select our new family member. In the past we were fortunate to avoid that decision -- our pets always found us. I knew I would not be able to choose. I completely trusted Cindy & asked her to please do the honor of selecting our baby girl.

The puppies were identified by the color of their collars. Cindy is involved & quite observant as the puppies personalities began to emerge. She wants the best pairing for puppy & "parents".

Cindy perfectly matched us with "Purple", who now goes by the name "Hanna",  meaning "Gracious gift from God". Hanna is a gentle, loving soul, just as Cindy described.

Despite some unfortunate delays & much confusion due to the airline, Cindy was detemined to place Hanna in our arms.

On June 02, 2016 she did exactly that! We had our baby Hanna in our arms!!

I still have many "Gracie days", however, there is now a bright light is shining through that black hole & continues to grow brighter for me, for all of us, with each passing day.

Mom is smiling & laughing again. Even Misty is happily playing & protecting her new baby sister.

At Hanna's first her doctor's appointment, our veterinarian gave her a perfect bill of health. She is happy, healthy, active, loving & very much loved!

I would, without any doubt or hesitation, recommended adopting from Cindy Herzog, Keeshondlove. I would NOT go to anyone else.

We are not just breeder & adpopter, we remain FRIENDS to this day!

NOTE TO CINDY:  You met us at one of t

Cindy was kind enough to deliver my baby girl Bella. She had to drive over 114 miles and I can't thank her enough for this!
Bella is beautiful! So sweet and cuddly-loves to be held. Tail goes a mile a minute when she see you. She wasn't scared of my older male Kees. She loves to explore new things she sees.
This is my Third Keedhond. They are wonderful, loving dogs-so glad I found Cind'y's web site.

My husband and I were so blessed by Cindy and her amazing knowledge of Keeshonden! Our little puppy Nicky received such good care from whelping through adoption. Cindy cares for the puppies and the puppy parents and we felt like family from the first phone call. I would recommend Cindy to anyone who is looking for a family Keeshond pet.

We set out to find another Keeshond as a companion to our existing baby, Annie. We got Annie through a breeder online whose website was unreachable as we began our search for our second Keeshond. Cindy's website kept coming up in our search, and with her only 123 miles away from us it felt like fate. Cindy's infectious happiness and loving nature was apparent from our first conversation, and we have enjoyed this journey with her. She is amazing with communication, letting you know exactly how the puppies are doing while sending plenty of adorable pictures and videos. Our baby Abigail is healthy, happy, and socialized (as well as insanely cute). She gets along wonderfully with our two year old Annie and is basking in the attention of visiting family.

I have breed Keeshond's many years ago. 11 years ago I found a Keeshond that my wife and I fell in love with. Apollo was with us for almost 11 years. I love the breed, to me the Keeshond is the only breed that I would ever consider for a pet and companion. For almost 2 years I have been looking for a Keeshond breeder. You would not believe what some breeders want you to sign just to get a Puppy. Cindy talks to you and makes sure that you are ready for puppy and know what to expect. Cindy's Keeshond's to me are great family dogs. She does this out of love. She truly loves all of her Keeshond's. She is Not a Puppy Mill. My new puppy Loki is perfect in every way. If you are looking for a Keeshond puppy I would highly recommend Cindy. What really made my day was Cindy will keep you up to date on how the puppies are doing from day 1 till you pick up your puppy.

I lost my Kees Kami last year in October. I was heartbroken. 7 months went by until I decided that I wanted another Keeshond. I love this breed. I scoured the internet looking, talked to many breeders, then I talked to Cindy. She described in detail how she raised her pups, I knew instantly that she loved all of her babies.
I didn’t know if I wanted a boy or girl, thru texting with pictures, videos, and calls. I decided on my little girl Lily.
Lily is smart, inquisitive, loves her toys. She knew right away to use her pee pads,
Lily chases her ball and brings it back to me with quick release, she knows how to shake my hand. But most of all she loves me, and I can’t get enough of her. I knew that she was raised with great care and love by Cindy.
I called her many times with questions and she never once hesitated to give me advise. She was available at all times.
I’m from Massachusetts, Cindy in California, how was I going to get this precious girl to my home? No worries! Cindy was going to fly to Logan and bring her to me personally!! She checked all the airlines and found a price so reasonable, I knew I was going to get my Lily home.
Cindy personally brought Lily on the plane with her, as she doesn’t believe in having her puppies shipped via cargo, again showing her love for these babies.
We finally met, Lily was beautiful. Cindy didn’t just hand her to me and leave, she held Lily closely and cried because she was losing one of her babies and would miss her dearly.
She gently gave her to me still crying.
We talked for a good while, answering all my questions. Then she watched me leave.
Lily has brought me so much joy, happiness and fulfillment. She so reflects Cindy’s love and commitment to this breed.
Cindy and I still communicate to this day. She’s always asking about Lily.
I highly recommend Cindy and Keeshond Love. I found her on her website and AKC.org.
I have enjoyed my journey with Cindy and hope to continue it with her.

Cindy has been a pleasure to work with. I live in Alaska in a more secluded area so we don’t have access to dogs or really any dog breeders. People have pets but almost everyone has to have them shipped here. A relative of mine who lives here in Ketchikan was visiting California so I began scouring the area so she could maybe bring one to us when she came back. I searched for hours and hours for almost a week straight. I was on the verge of giving up for the day but after an hour of taking a break I went back to it and there she was. I called Cindy right away. Her post had only been there an hour so we jumped on it.

I explained to Cindy my situation and told her about my self and my family and sent her pictures of our Christopher. He was a very fury corgi palmeranian very similar to the Keeshond but a liittle smaller.
We had just recently lost our Christopher Robin. He lived to be 15 years old. The loss of him was really bearing down on all of us, my mother was affected the most. She still grieves but it’s not nearly as bad now that we have our Misty Dey.

Misty is absolutely perfect. We’ve had her for almost a month now. She is such a teddy bear and she gives teddy bear hugs and loves to be held. It was clear that she was very well taken care of and her dimeanor was very gentle. She is very gentle with my toddler when they play. They play tug of war and take turns chasing each other around and at times I’m in the center of the tornado lol. Hearing my toddler scream and laugh out of sheer joy makes it worth putting up with the chaos. I’m so glad that they will grow up together. They are both getting potty trained at the same time. Misty has caught on very fast, it’s true when they say this breed is intelligent. When I talk to her she turns her head side to side like she’s trying to understand me, it’s so cute!

I would highly recommend getting a pup from Cindy. It’s true that she really loves her babies. She wasn’t going to let her fly if she didn’t see proof of her being in the cab with my aunt and I don’t blame her. These puppies are soo precious! I wouldn’t have it any other way my self and I’m proud to say I was the first to bring one of her babies to Alaska. Thank you again Cindy for helping us heal our hearts.

Cindy personally accompanied one of her puppies to me in Denver, CO. I now have a perfectly healthy, lovable, cuddly, and goofy puppy named, Sasha. She is my whole world and I am so thankful for the time and energy Cindy put into supporting and raising the litter. Cindy provided weekly updates of the litter before the puppies were old enough to leave their mom. Cindy was also able to answer ALL questions I had and made it very easy for me (a first-time sole dog owner) to feel confident in my ability to support Sasha. I couldn't be more happy with my experience! Thank you, Cindy!

We got our little bundle of joy from Cindy the weekend after Thanksgiving. He is the joy of our life. He is the calmest sweetest dog very very smart and a quick learner. He and my pomeranian are fast friends and can't be without each other. I honestly have never had a dog this sweet and just a good puppy. He is already potty trained and goes outside by himself. I would highly recommend getting one of these little guys from Cindy. She is definitely doing something right with these dogs. No issues whatsoever. He is so calm and sweet it is just amazing. I think being hand delivered makes all the difference. I had another one of this breed who came in with lots of nervous and anxious energy this 1 is absolutely the opposite. Thank you Cindy :) you are the stork of Keeshonds lol.

I lost my 2nd Kees in November of this year, I wasn't ready for a new baby but my other dog was lonely, I had previously only located a breeder in Kansas for my other puppy and she arrived in cargo on a plane with worms. She ended up with severe dermatitis her entire life as well. I was happy to find a Keeshond breeder in California and be able to speak at length with Cindy. She was very informative. I loved that I was able to visit her home and see how she raised the puppies, she was very good at keeping me updated from birth to their vet check.

I am so in love with my girl Riley, it feels like the spirits of my other Kees live on with her. She's happy and healthy and integrating into my home.

(WA )I received my new puppy "Barkley" yesterday after Cindy had lovingly brought him to me by airplane. He rode in the cabin and she sent pictures of him during the flight when she could. He had a great trip and because of her TLC, his transition has been fabulous. Cindy's love and care for each of her babies is so evident. What a fabulous experience with a breeder. She is a terrific communicator and she always made sure that all of her puppy moms and dads were kept completely up to date from the moment of birth . Her puppies are happy, playful, healthy and very well socialized right from the getgo. Getting my puppy from Cindy was an amazing experience. I would never purchase a Keeshond from anyone else.

Portland, Oregon: One week ago Cindy delivered a beautiful little boy "Miko" to us from California. This baby was so well adjusted, calm, happy and adorable. We are so amazed at how well he is adapting to his new home with us. He is training so quickly and his personality is quickly emerging.

Cindy loves her puppies. You can tell by how secure these puppies respond to new owners. She sets up a text group so we can see the litter mates and correspond with each other. This has been so helpful and exciting. Cindy has given us updates of photos and videos on the development from the newborns until arrival at new homes.

Cindy braves the weather and will get up very early to catch flights to different parts of the country to carry your baby to you. She is very careful that the puppy has a smooth transition to their new home. Our introduction to Miko was full of tears of joy for us and sadness for her as she handed over the new baby to us.

I highly recommend Cindy as a fantastic and conscientious breeder. She is very knowledgeable about Keeshonds and recommends the best tips for raising a sweet and healthy little puppy. We are smitten by our new baby. Thank you, Cindy!

We got Scout delivered to Arizona by Cindy on Feb 5 2019. Cindy is the most loving person and her puppies are well adjusted. Scout passed her 1st vet visit with flying colors. They love her there! She has a big "sister" here a Keeshond Shelty mix named Scarlett. Scout is fearless loves her play time them lays on her back and sleeps. Feed and repeat awesome. Scout is learning to ring the bell to go out to potty. Super smart funniest thing was her seeing herself in a floor mirror for the 1st 2nd and pretty much everytime she looks in! Thank you Cindy the group text is great!

We have been the proud owners of Bandit for 3 years now. He is the most loving kees we have had (Bandit is #7). He smiles all of the time especially when he is having a tummy rub when he insists on. He is wonderful in all situations. We love him too much for words. He even is very cautious and playful to the Schnauzer puppy next door. His patience is remarkable. I hope that all of Cindy's puppies are well loved, healthy, and I am just sending love for all Keeshonds and other breeds. We love our boy. Would most definitely buy from Cindy again. Sincerely, Susan and Mlke Newman.

Cindy and I have been in contact since January 2018. I found her after looking for a keeshond breeder, after many conversations with different breeders, Cindy was the one that stood out for me the most. After countless emails back and forth and talking on the phone I knew she was the right breeder for me, she knows so much about her puppies. After that, that year I almost got me a puppy of my own but after an unfortunate event i had to cancel on him, after that i didn’t think i would ever get a puppy. Even after that Cindy understood my pain and didn’t question my decision to not get one. We still kept in contact after that then at the end of the year I had a talk to Cindy about a potential puppy for me, she was more than happy to help me out threw that he steps again, and after i made my decision on getting a puppy of my own, she constantly gave me update of the mom and dad of my puppy even to the day of birth. I got pictures of the litter when they where being born and videos of them when they where growing up. There was never a time that Cindy did not message me about my puppy.
Even till the day that i went to go pick him up she still messaged me and when I got their she welcomed me to her home with open arms. Upon getting their I saw how much she took care of her puppies and the parents and i knew i made the right choice. I knew it was hard for her to let him go with me and also I knew she loved him so much.

Thanks to her know I have a partner and friend named King. On our way back home King was so well mannered in the car and once we got home he was the attention in the house. King has been the best friend i could ask for. King and I do everything together, where ever i go he goes (except work :(). King has been the best this past few months that i have had him. King is really good with other dogs and he is really good with any guest that I bring home, plus he is the center of attention to new guest. He play really well with little kids and is well mannered. And thanks to Cindy for being their for me for a whole year of my decision. You guys don’t know how much joy King has brought to my life. With King ive learned to smile once again, with King my depression just went away.

Thank you Cindy for having such well mannered and loving parents for my puppy King, and thanks for taking care of my puppy till the day I went to go pick him up.
As I am typing this King is right next to me laying down by beside me, just looking at him brings joy in my life.

I highly recommend Cindy as the best breeder of Keesonds, she is very knowledgeable about her puppy. For any new owners that are thinking about buying a puppy from her and don’t know much about them, just have a talk with Cindy and she will tell you anything you need to know about them. Also she will take care of your puppy till the day you get him/her. Cindy is one great breeder. THANK YOU AGAIN CINDY FOR EVERYTHING!!!

I am so very happy with my new baby girl. I was so amazed at how well socialized and adjusted she is. She never once has cried for her litter mama and siblings. Not even a whimper out of her the whole 2 hour car ride home and from the moment we got home she acted like she owned the place already...never acted scared or shy to her new surroundings or people. I have never had a puppy so confident and content. Cindy has done an amazing job with these babies for them to be so well adjusted. They received lots of hands on attention and love from her from the time they were born. Cindy was great about sending updates and videos of the puppies from birth til time for picking up. I feel like I've made a true lifetime friend with Cindy...she talked and listened to me on the phone many times as I cried over losing my Keeshond. She was so understanding and was a great comfort. She is not a typical breeder..her mamas n papas live with her in the house and are her personal pets..not like breeders who have them just to get the puppies for money. I was very impressed with her adult Kees when I picked up my puppy. I was able to sit on her floor and be greeted by each one of them. They were very happy and well cared for. I was in Heaven as her 6 adult Kees were all around me and so loving and all of them so beautiful ! And all of the puppies were adorable. I feel so blessed to have met Cindy !!!

Its been two weeks since I picked up my new boy ("Kihei") and he is amazing! Adjusting to puppy life has been a challenge - this little guy is always finding ways to outsmart me. He is always fun and loving, greeting newcomers with a bark and then a wagging tail, and only showing his nice-guy- puppy demeanor for guests. Then the vampire puppy comes out...ah yes, puppy teeth...my hands look like they have been attacked by a group of feral rose bushes! Yes, he is getting better at potty training, and has learned to sit, and making sure to always check on me to make sure I haven't disappeared (I'm looking for escape - he has me trapped!). Despite the blood loss and shredded mail, I love this little bundle of fur! Thanks Cindy!!!

I didn't know much about Keeshonds until I started doing some research last year and came across Cindy's website. I messaged Cindy for more info and she got right back to me. The next day we chatted for about an hour and she gave me tons of great info about the breed and her dogs specifically. I knew that I was in great hands. I put my name down that week for the next batch of puppies. It was a few months until the puppies were born and Cindy was in constant contact giving us updates and sending pictures along the way, and she answered my calls and texts right away. She always made time for our calls, we probably talked for several hours during the spam of a few months. Once I realized that the puppy delivery date was right in the middle of my previously planned vacation, Cindy made arrangements to hold our puppy for an extra week which was very helpful. She then drove our pup ALL the way down from her house to Orange County. We love our puppy Sasha and you can tell Cindy takes THE BEST CARE of these pups. If you are interested in a Keeshond puppy I highly recommend getting from Cindy. She is very kind, very knowledgeable, you can tell she loves these dogs and she goes out of her way to make the entire process as easy as possible. Thanks again Cindy, we really appreciate all your effort and we LOVE our new pup.

My baby T’Darlynn will be 4 years old tomorrow! Still just as loving, playful and smart as when I picked her up at the Dallas airport. Cindy not only kept us in the birthing and feeding loop, but constantly in our lives. We send T’Dar pictures to her throughout the year. Cindy always responds. You can’t find a better breeder

We went today to choose our baby girl. It was a long drive from the Bay Area but well worth it. Cindy takes good care of all her dogs and you can tell how much she loves all of them. Our forever puppy was so precious that our family immediately fell in love with her. All the puppies were in great health and very calm and good natured. Also saw the mom and dad as well as the other Keeshonden. Can't wait for our baby girl to come home in a few more weeks. I will add more updates down the road. Thank you Cindy.

Momo is our first dog, and we cannot thank Cindy enough for everything she has done for us and for the dogs. She has been updating every prospective owner of the litter since day 1, and she regularly updated us with how the puppies were doing. She was available whenever we had questions, regardless of what kind of questions we had. When we picked up Momo, it was obvious that she got a ton of love. She warmed up to us quickly, and she did not cry once during the 2.5 hour car ride home. She continues to be so playful and friendly with everyone. As first-time puppy parents we had to made a lot of adjustments to care for Momo, but we're so glad that Cindy was the breeder of our first dog!

Cindy is the best! I am not the easiest dog dad to work with... but she answered my questions and made everything seamless. Her response time is pretty fast and informative. I drove up from OC due to the pandemic (7 fun hours!!) and she greeted me outside with my baby Kuzco in hand. She truly cares about these dogs and you can tell this is not a job to her; this is a hobby. She loves keeshonds and she loves raising them. Loved the weekly updates and videos - and she even facetimed me to pick one of the two boys in the litter. The pup came in perfect condition and is super healthy - hes 20 lbs already at 4.5 months!!! She responds after delivery as well and is very accomodating and helpful. Highly recommend for any prospective keeshond owner.

TIP: Do not wait to put your info in for a litter - it fills super fast! Trust your instinct - this is a great and reputable breeder. I looked everywhere and I narrowed in on Cindy and it was the best decision!

Where to start! Cindy is the real deal!! I researched like crazy and was so happy to find her. I read every review, I was obsessed! I'm so happy I did, she was every good thing said about her and more.

We put in our deposit before our puppy was even conceived! We saw how fast the other two litters got swooped up and knew not to hesitate a moment longer. The wait was brutal but I knew it was worth it to go with her. Don't hesitate to get in line! We also wanted to have a girl so we were blessed to be ahead in line (which she honors)

Our girl, Star, is 12 weeks today! I've never even heard of a better puppy! She is so smart, and affectionate! She is very "reward motivated", as our vet put it, after fawning over her and asking permission to post a picture of our "perfect healthy puppy" on their web sight! We had to wait outside (Covid) and they apologized for the delay as they were not done petting her. She loves everybody, her tail just wags like crazy when she's meeting a new friend! She was so easy to potty train and already knows commands and tricks! I knew that this breed has an amazing reputation but I never imagined such a dog could exist!

Cindy clearly did everything right to make these puppies so well adjusted, happy and trusting. She kept us up to date from the moment Tennessee got pregnant! She answered all of my (MANY) questions and sent videos and pictures. It felt like a friendship, not a business transaction. It was so amazing to be in a group text with the other parents to be, cheering together with each update, "Another girl....another boy!". I get choked up just thinking about it. I plan to keep in touch with Cindy, as many others have, and if any family or friend is looking for a puppy, I would whole heartedly send them her way.

I could go on for days but Star has her next round of booster shots today and this time I'm leaving extra time in the schedule for cuddling by her new adoring fans! So, I'll just leave with this, I take reviews very seriously. I depend on them so often when I'm considering something and strongly believe in the unwritten honor code to be forthcoming and truthful.I recommend Cindy of Keeshondlove to anyone who is looking to take a Keeshond baby home! Have a beautiful day:)

We are so happy with our little cloud, Pepper! She’s 12 weeks old now, and she’s been brave and affectionate and settled and smart from the first day we got her! She had her first vet visit the day after we had her, and was so comfortable, she fell asleep on the table during her exam. She’s in perfect health, and even had a clear stool sample. Pepper gets along happily in our big, busy family with kids and pets, Cindy chose our pup well! She’s a confident, excited girl in her puppy socialization drop offs too. We’re all in love and so glad we trusted our instincts and waited for an available puppy from Cindy. I've already recommended friends and family to Cindy. (Everything Wendy and Turtle posted above has been our experience, also! We've also loved getting to know the siblings' owners, following on instagram and hoping to plan a sibling meetup.)

Our SugarZ was born on 6/22/2020 and we picked her up on 4/25/2020. I contacted Cindy first and was going to get "Pick of the litter" but my Big Girl Hershey wasn't doing well so I texted Cindy to let her know that I had to change my mind at the moment. After a day I text her again to let her know that I had changed my mind, she let me know that she had notified the next in line but she was happy to add me for another litter. I believed that it was meant to be and still very happy. Cindy understood the heartache of my decision and explained to me that she moved forward with the next in line. I Loved her honesty and understanding of my situation.
Once the litter was born she notified me that the litter she was expecting was larger by two more puppies! Cindy is "The Real Deal!" you will see that written a lot in this Blog. She is warm hearted with her Keeshond's and goes through a lot with each litter (puppies) she prepares. That genuine Love for each puppy is real and although it breaks her Heart with each puppy she Blesses so many of us with the puppies she has taken the time to nurture and love.
Cindy makes sure that each one of her puppies are seen by her Vet and are Healthy. She is willing to take an Airplane to deliver your puppy to you knowing that the puppy has arrived safe and sound.
SugarZ is my 4th Keeshond, my Nephew who lives in Chicago has had his boy for 12 years he got his Keeshond because of my own Keeshond's. They are very smart, loving and bundles of pure Love!
If you are looking for a great Keeshond Breeder, Cindy is it! Meeting her was very Special and talking with her on the phone and listening to her knowledge and Care for her own Keeshond's and she is Amazing. Thank You Cindy.
I give Cindy 5 out of 5 Stars *****

I was about to give up on finding a new puppy after my Rio past away in March. I had contacted a lot of breeders with no results. I made one last prayer for a puppy. Within minutes of my prayer Cindy called. She had a little girl puppy available to me. I was so happy. My prayer was answered. I've had my little girl for 7 weeks and she has definitely filled that big empty hole from the lost of my Rio. She makes me laugh everyday. I had forgot how playful puppies are and the little things they do to make each individual puppy so special. After receiving the AKC papers I realized that she was born the same month and day as my Rio. April 26th. And when I picked her up from Cindy it was a day earlier than when I picked up Rio the year I got him. Makes me think of the movie "A Dog's Purpose". Cindy is the best. Thank you again, Cindy for being there to answer my prayer and giving me such a precious little baby. I loved her from the first picture you sent me and that love keeps growing everyday.

We are beyond happy to have found Cindy! I knew I wanted a Keeshond, having grown up with the breed, but it's not exactly easy to find a breeder of this lesser known dog. After a lot of research, I found Cindy and talked to her on the phone and was so impressed with her care and obvious commitment to raising healthy, happy puppies. She explained the whole process and was very available to answer my questions as I worked on the decision to put a deposit down on a puppy. Wow, am I happy I did! We picked up our little Homer a few days ago and we are so in love with him! He is such a sweet, cuddly guy and he's so loving with everyone he's met so far. Although some of this is due to the naturally friendly nature of the Keeshond, it's also clear that this easy, happy demeanor comes from his being raised with so much love and care. Cindy is such a kind person and she loves these puppies like her own babies! We highly recommend her as a breeder if you want a wonderful, well-adjusted dog. Although Homer is our first puppy from KeeshondLove, I am certain he won't be our last. Thank you Cindy!!

We are VERY lucky to find Cindy! We wanted a dog for so many years but were not sure which breed we wanted. Once we came across Keeshonden we knew that the search was over. It took us a while to find Cindy. Cindy responded to our request right away. She talked to us about the dogs and we could tell she loves her dogs and takes a great care of them. We put a deposit and waited. I still remember Cindy's first text that the babies were being born. Another couple of months and our baby Nordi came home. Cindy kept in touch with us the entire time. She would send pictures and videos. We knew that our baby is being taken care of and he is already loved very much. I knew Cindy does an amazing job taking care of the puppies and I was up for a great surprise when we took our pup to the vet. The vet said, "You dog is very healthy and amazing. Who is the breeder?" Every day we get so much love from Nordi. He is smart, funny and cuddly. I cannot imagine having any other dog. I was already approached on the street several times and asked about the dog and the breeder and can always proudly say, "We have an amazing breeder and her name is Cindy". THANK YOU SO MUCH!

We have had our puppy for coming up on 2 weeks now and he has been a puppy dream. Cindy has obviously taken the time and effort to raise these little babies the right way, with regular dewormings and age appropriate vaccinations.

Our puppy, Marshmallow (Teal) has been great at sleeping in his crate/puppy pen and using a puppy pad. We are switching him to a fake grass pad until he gets his next shots but be has taken to it really well. He also is great with people and has loved everyone who has met him.

Cindy is a wealth of information, she knows so much about her dogs and little tricks and tips for raising the pups. I love her and she is always willing to answer my questions.

I am so happy to have found a breeder like her for these amazing Keeshond! Thank you Cindy :D

I would like to start my recommendation for Keeshond Love talking about Cindy, her husband and the Care they give their Dogs and Puppies. When I received my 1st puppy SugarZ June 22, 2020 Cindy and her husband had just moved into their new place. So much detail has been put into making sure that all their Dogs and Puppies are safe and comfortable and spacious so they are free to run. There is a special barn for the Mommies and their pups. It’s temperature controlled and has easy access for Cindy and her husband to check on their health and progress. Cindy spends a lot of time with the pups so mommy gets plenty of rest.
When I first spoke with Cindy over the phone she was extremely knowledgeable of the Keeshond Breed and has been raising Keeshond’s for several years. She gives of herself in such a loving way towards all her Dogs and their Puppies. She takes her responsibilities for for the well being of the puppies seriously. So when I decided to purchase a second puppy I called Cindy once again.
My nephew who had recently lost his Keeshond of 13 years. Grief is different for all of us and after I spoke with Cindy I was so excited to have secured a Keeshond Boy for my nephew. When I called Christopher about the good news, he told me it was too soon, he wasn’t ready. Cindy and I spoke off and on about this situation and she was just so kind and understanding. I thought, maybe this boy was really meant for me!?! After all, it had been 20 years since my
own Keeshond Boy, Bacardi, had passed. So…I named him Rolo, after the candy.
SugarZ and Rolo are happy and healthy as can be. Cindy is diligent with the puppies shots. SugarZ was just a little jealous but got over it quickly just as Cindy said. SugarZ and Rolo play well together. It’s a beautiful site to see. I have an 11 year old Lab Honey she’s the pack leader. They Love and play together every day. Rolo continues to bark at his Kitty sister “Kitters”. Perhaps he thinks she smells funny.
I only have positive words for this beautiful lady who breeds these beautiful and healthy Keeshond’s and Gifts them to those who are lucky enough to receive one or more 🥰
I know that I am Grateful 🐾

We have had Ned for a week and a half. He is the sweetest boy ever and we could not be more in love. He is so smart and fun. He is doing so well with potty training and he alreayd knows sit and down. He learned it with very little effort. He is perfect for our family.
He came to us so well adjusted and obviously so well cared for. Cindy was an absolute pleasure to work with. She kept us updated and went above and beyong to get us our Ned safe and sound and happy.
We are so happy we chose to work with Cindy and our pup is such a blessing.

So, where do we begin? Our odyssey in adding another fur baby to our family started last year when I first spoke with Cindy. Adding a keeshond to our family was my daughter's birthday wish, and the date of the next anticipated litter on Cindy's website just happened to coincide with my daughter's actual birth date. Cindy could not have been more informative and knowledgeable as she answered all my questions, and I knew I had made the right choice. Fast forward to this June, and Cindy hand delivered an amazing puppy named Juno. We were initially worried that our 3 y.o. border terrier and Juno would have some conflict, but that just never materialized. Juno is a quick study and is completely potty trained within 2 months of receiving her. She is very playful and affectionate and just the sweetest dog one can ask for. We would never hesitate to go with Cindy again if and when we decide to get another keeshond. As a final note, we are still mesmerized at Cindy's hand delivering Juno, especially in the middle of this pandemic. Cindy's total travel time was well over 24 hours as we live in New York and we found out later that Cindy's return flight was delayed until the next day because of severe weather. Nevertheless, Cindy continues to provide this service and it is just so unique, and we are eternally grateful.

What can I say that hasn't already been said? Cindy is the most Loving and knowledgeable care giver for these Keeshonden! Last year after a long discussion with my fiancé we decided to got ourselves a puppy. He wanted something mean and tough and I told him if it's not cuddly and sweet I don't want him/her. We did our research and discovered the Keeshonden! I knew then that this was our pup. I went to the AKC site and found Keeshond Love. I called Cindy that instant and left her a voicemail. Cindy returned my call promptly and let me know that we would have a puppy by the end of the year. Cindy is so knowledgeable and when you speak to her you can hear the love she has for this breed. Our boy was born Dec11th <3 With Covid still going on everything was done via video chat, the moment I saw our boy I was in love. We finally went to pick him up Feb 2021. We decided to drive to pick him up; the ranch was beautiful and it was so great to see the adult keeshonden (The Pawrents) as well as seeing all the other puppies waiting to go home (made me wish I lived closer to see them). Smokey Love has now been with us for 6 months and is everything we could have asked for. He was pretty much potty trained to go on the potty pads from day one and when we took him outside he already knew what to do. He is very smart, super playful, and extremely loving. He has brought so much laughter to our home and has kept us on out toes as well (very very smart). I am so grateful everyday for Cindy and her Keeshonden family for opening her heart to excepting us into her family. If the day ever comes that we get a larger home I will definitely be reaching out to Cindy to bring home a fur sibling for our Smokey.

Such a wonderful experience. Cindy loves all of these puppies so much and she takes such good care of them. We are so in love with our new little family member. Cindy made the whole process so wonderful. We got regular updates during the entire process and even got to see him over FaceTime. I highly recommend going through Keeshond Love, Cindy is amazing.

We first met Cindy over 2 years ago when my sister needed to get another keeshond to replace the one she lost. The keesie she got was absolutely wonderful, and we knew when the time came to replace our keesie that Cindy would be the one. Well, in July of this year we had to put down our beloved keeshond Cali, so we let Cindy know it would soon be time. Well, in October we picked up our new furbaby Luna!. We were so exicited and just loved to see all the other beautiful puppies who had yet to go to their forever homes! We even brought my sister's dog Star with us so Cindy could see how she was doing. Cindy takes such good care of her dogs and their puppies.

Cindy is simply amazing. The level of pride she takes in her work is more than apparent. Her dogs are amazing with the sweetest dispositions, her facility is exquisite and unbelievably clean and the level of care she offers her pregnant dogs and puppies is specifically impressive. We picked up our boy in October and he is the sweetest smartest little guy. Cindy updated all of us with photos and videos throughout the entire process. This was the best experience I could have asked for. Thank you so much, Cindy!

Cindy is AWESOME!! As many of these posters have already called out in their posts, Cindy is extremely devoted to the puppies and it shows. She takes good care of us “hoomans” too---sharing puppy progress with photos and videos (which we viewed/watched many times!!) and patiently answering questions and providing insight/advice regarding care, etc. Her dogs/puppies are beautiful (I swear, if our Heidi was human she would have a HUGE ego from everyone telling her how beautiful she is), well adjusted, smart (sometimes TOO smart) and overall just fantastic. We got our Heidi a year ago this week and she has brought so much love and happiness in our lives I can’t believe it has only been a year. THANK YOU CINDY!!

Cindy is an amazing person with a profound love for her pups, the way she treats her dogs is outstanding! She also maintains constant contact with her puppy parents and is always more than happy to answer any sort of questions and to give advice! Her dogs are so smart and gentle. My baby Lobo is already excelling at his potty training, he knew to go on a puppy pad and soon as we got home.
Cindy is truly a wonderful person and I highly recommend Keeshondlove! ❤

What can I say about Cindy and her babies, I was truly amazed by Cindy's setup at her ranch and the care she puts into these babies.
Cindy showed so much care and love to each and every puppy leaving when I went to get my little boy that I was touched.
Cindy I can't thank you enough for this precious little guy and the joy he will bring to my family and me.
I will be sending many photos of Teddy and my adventures across the states.

I checked around a couple of places before choosing to go with Cindy. My mind was made up when I spoke with her. I could have bought a pup for a thousand dollars less {not Joking} but Cindy loved her dogs, she did not go on about their pedigree, nor the Championships they won. She told me about the care she gave them, how she made them more comfortable. how she tracked down and fixed (shaved) the problem when things were not coming out correctly.
We brought our Lily home on July 31 and could not be happier, less a couple of house warming gifts...lol
Thank you Cindy we will keep in touch!

I have bought puppies from breeders with many red flags that I didn't see at the time, but figured out later after raising the puppy to doghood. The very first time I spoke w/Cindy at keeshond love, she covered all the areas I was worried about & when she described the kennels & the process of how she cares for the mommy during the pregnancy in the trailer, I knew I was in the right place. I didn't realize the importance of having a puppy socialized until I had a puppy that hadn't been around people at all, he was a very difficult puppy v to raise and to train due to that. The beautiful mess one puppy we got from Cindy loves to be held, kissed and snuggled much to my delight! She is so sweet and loving I am so impressed every day. She is such a pleasure to have in every way that our other dogs in the past just were not. When we visited our puppy,we noticed how attached the puppy was to Cindy and how much she loved her. She had clearly not only been handled by Cindy all the time, but was bonded w/her. Then when we picked our puppy up,we noticed how attached Cindy was to the puppy,it was a tearful goodbye, as she had clearly nurtured & loved her since birth. She had a vet check that confirmed how healthy & beautiful she was.The whole experience was such a complete opposite of others we had,and I couldn't be happier with my adorable amazing sweet little girl keeshond we got from Cindy. I will be forever grateful to her for letting me take this sweet baby home!

We were lucky enough to find Cindy after being on the search for a Keeshond for months! She is extremely sweet, knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. After speaking on the phone, my husband and I decided to drive out to meet her and some of her Keeshonds, and we instantly knew we found the perfect breeder. She loves and adores these babies with her entire heart and you can tell they feel the same for her. She has an amazing set up and was so patient with us. We brought home the sweetest, most lovable pup because she truly loves and understands this breed. Our little girl has been the absolute best addition to our family. If you are looking for a reliable and caring breeder, you have found her, Cindy is the best!

Hi Keeshond lovers,
I just want to tell you about how great Cindy was to me and the male Kees that I bought from her. I found her name on the AKC site after trying to find someone in this area that was not a puppy mill. Cindy treats her babies with the best love, care and top food products. We spoke many times on the phone and she sent pictures and videos as the pups grew. Cindy flew my Bruno from CA to PA airport with the dog under her seat so he would not be afraid & to protect his ears.

She is such a lovely, caring breeder and treats them like her own! I could not be any happier for the love, care and affection she gave them. My baby is 3 months now and is such a lovable dog, gives kiss, and follows me everywhere. He is always on my heels!

So I highly recommend Cindy for going above the call of duty and providing my baby with love and affection. She cares for each and every one of her litters!❤️

We brought our Rocky boy home just a week ago and what a sweetheart he is! All the handling and tender loving care that Cindy lavishes on her dogs certainly pays off! She is an amazing breeder who goes the extra mile to make sure all her pups are healthy and so very well socialized, even at their young age. Rocky follows every step we take and he's so smart. I have no hesitation at all about recommending Cindy to anyone who wants a perfectly cared for keeshond puppy. I especially loved that she sent all of us weekly updates showing how the little fuzzballs were growing, and then she spent a long time with us one-on-one going over all the care instructions. Rocky is a superstar!

I got in touch with cindy when I was researching the Keeshond breed and she was more than helpful and caring about her pupps that making the decision was made easy. We brought home our little angel a few weeks ago and she has been the light of our home. Cindy is an on-call keesie mom and will always be available for any concerns with her pupps. So thank you so much for our little angel Kashi and will keep you posted on her life journey.

As a current owner of a 5 year old Keeshond, my wife and I were looking to bring another member to our family. We did a research through AKC breeders and found out about Keeshond Love and Cindy. What really caught our attention was that Cindy personally deliver the puppy to the new family. We contacted her and she was so kind and explained the whole process. She also keeps in contact with you, sending pictures and videos of the puppy progress. I got to say that our experience with Cindy has been amazing and truly recommend her. Feel free to reach out to her and she will answer any question. I can’t tell how thankful we’re with Cindy for our baby Soleil. She’s so lovely and a goofball!!

Just forgot something from my comment yesterday. To those who want to know about the level of commitment that Cindy have with their babies, she travel from California to Puerto Rico! She wants to be sure that the puppies have a calm and pleasant flight upon delivering to their future parents. That’s commitment. Once again, thank you Cindy.🙏

Cindy was amazing, along with her husband. We lost a dog right before we received our new puppy Keeshond from Cindy; it was devastating to our entire family. Cindy is probably one of the most thoughtful and nurturing breeder Ive come across. Her and her husband put a lllllooot of care into these puppies at their ranch. She is a godsend & I will always appreciate her Kennel being the one to introduce us to this wonderful breed. Thank you so much Cindy! 🙏

Cindy was so wonderful and passionate when she found out we lost our male keeshond Rocky. Our trips to the beach every other day with him came suddenly to an end. Cindy said she had three girls they were going to breed in a couple of months. All the pups were spoken for but if there are any extras we be put on a list. We got the call that one of the girls had 10 pups we were in luck that one of the males was going to be ours. We are so ecstatic we thought we might have to wait another year. Being we live in Northern California I made the trip down to pick up the puppy. She was very educational on the puppys and even had a contract for me. When I talk the puppy to the vet the vet was so impressed on how healthy he is. The office staff all fell in love with him and we decided to call him Rocky also. I explained to the vet that Cindy is a breeder she's not a puppy mill and I was definitely obvious through his exam. Will be calling Cindy again the next couple of years because we've always had two keeshond in the house.🥰

We looked for a keeshond for several months and finally settled on Cindy and her puppies. She spoke with me for 2 hours when I first inquired and I felt comfortable right away. We ended up purchasing a very healthy, vibrant wonderful little puppy and have kept in contact with her since. She loves these dogs, this is not a puppy mill. If you are considering a keeshond please don't hesitate to purchase from cindy. She doesn't just ship her puppies off, she delivers them. Puppies are so afraid in an airplane and she stays right with them. She is above reproach.

I agree with all of the comments pertaining to
Cindy and her dedication to all of her puppies. My boyfriend and I travelled to LAX to pick up the puppy, but we couldn't find parking so I hopped off to find them. Cindy was especially patient as I tried to regroup with my boyfriend (who looped around the terminals three times because he wasn't allowed wait at the curb). I ran around a bit hectically while on call with him as Cindy carried the puppy around. Anyways, because the puppy experienced minimal stress thanks to Cindy's care, she adjust quite quickly to her new home. I would definitely recommend Cindy to anyone considering a Keeshond. Thanks Cindy!

Briar is a beautiful, happy, healthy puppy. She is so sweet and calm, but is also always ready for some fun! Cindy takes such good care of our babies until she can deliver them to your arms. I couldn't ask for more in a devoted breeder or wonderful puppy. Briar and I have only been together for a few weeks, but I already can't wait to contact Cindy when Briar is ready to become a big sister. Highly recommended!

Had previously had two Keeshonds in a younger life. Over the last 15 years we've had two much larger dogs and while we love them, I am getting older and was thinking what breed am I going to be happy with in my '70s? I remembered my love for Shadow and Kava and what fantastic dogs they were and decided another Keeshond was in my future. I started searching the web and was fortunate to come across Cindy's website. The lady is so genuine and kind and she really knows her stuff when it comes to this breed. As we were traveling, we ask Cindy to pick out two little boys that she thought would be perfect and she was right. We chose little Bjorn and he has captured all of our hearts in one day. He's smart and loving and just the sweetest little guy. We are so happy to be able to share our lives with him. Don't hesitate to contact Cindy if you want the best dog ever. I sincerely mean that. Best regards Jim Ward

We contacted Cindy late 2024 and immediately knew we found the perfect breeder. She stayed on the phone with us for 1 hour and we all got to know each other well, She shared her love for these wonderful fur babies and explained each and every step she takes to deliver each puppy with tender loving care. So here we are. 2 weeks ago we met Cindy at the airport and she delivered a beautiful female that she placed in our arms. Our female is smart, alert, healthy and we look forward to a wonderful life with this new girl. Thanks Cindy! It's such a pleasure to be part of your Keeshond Love family!

I found Cindy through the AKC website. I messaged her and she called me and we talked for over an hour about adopting a puppy. She gave the run down on her facilities and we were very impressed. We decided to move forward with a puppy from her. She sent us updates often and showed pictures of the parents. Beautiful dogs! We met at her home to pick up the puppy and everything went smoothly. We absolutely love our puppy and you can tell she has been loved and cared for. Would highly recommend!

We stumbled across the Keeshondlove.com website on Christmas Day, as we were looking for a Keeshond puppy. We were a bit suspicious at first, as the website has an early-2000's look to it. But Cindy promptly returned our call and answered our questions for over one hour. Since we live in Northern California, we drove to Cindy's home to see the kennel for ourselves to make sure that this was not some backyard puppy mill. Upon arrival, Cindy greeted us and showed us firsthand how much she cares about the puppies she sells. The kennel is one of the best we've ever seen, complete with multiple surveillance cameras, relaxing calming music playing 24/7, and a clean, well-constructed, climate-controlled enclosure/dog run for the puppies. But most important was the attention Cindy pays to the wellbeing of every single animal in her care. She does not cut corners, and it shows. We purchased two puppies, a male and a female, both very healthy and (as expected) absolutely adorable. It is rare to find a breeder so dedicated to her dogs, and even rarer to see a breeder cry when she sells each puppy. That being said, if you are looking for a Keeshond puppy, it would be in your best interest to give Cindy a call first.

On October 31st 2024 my life changed and improved drastically when I met Cindy at the airport to pick up my baby boy. Prior to that I had been in very close contact with Cindy throughout the year getting to know her and all about her process with the Keeshond. I was very impressed from our very first phone call. Cindy is such a kind person and that translates to her work wonderfully. The puppies come filled with love and affection upon Cindy handing them to you because she is just so good with them. I really appreciate her taking the time to get to know me and listen to my story as well as I was looking for a companion and she assured me that I came to the right place and chose the right breed. My little boy Gohan has been an absolute light and joy in my life. He’s the most beautiful dog anyone has ever seen and everywhere I go he gets compliments due to his uniqueness. Nobody seems to know about Keeshond so he gets extra cool points for being rare out here lol. He’s so cool and calm but will flip the switch quickly when it’s time for some fun. I live up north so he got to experience some heavy snow fall for his first winter and he was absolutely obsessed with it all. All in all I had a 10/10 experience and I would highly recommend. I have a beautiful and healthy little boy who is well behaved and we are as thick as thieves. So grateful for Cindy and all the work she does.

We adopted a puppy from Cindy 9 years ago. He was wonderful. Unfortunately we recently lost him. We just had to have a puppy and the only breeder we trusted was Cindy. Cindy flew with our puppy to Spokane to deliver the cutest puppy I have ever seen. Cindy got off the plane carrying our baby. She placed him in my arms and Keeshondlove was totally accurate for this baby. He is everything a Keeshond should be. Perfect markings, perfect shape and so much more. The puppy was well socialized and adapted to his new environment immediately. I cannot say enough about Cindy. She loves her puppies. This shows in the quality of her breeding. Cindy is wonderful to deal with and totally trustworthy. Just a sweet wonderful person. We are so happy we could get our baby from Cindy. Our total experience has been awesome as it was when we adopted a puppy 9 years ago.

I just got my puppy from Cindy Wednesday, and it's been so easy talking and planning with her about my puppy. I have just recently moved, and I was finally able to get a dog. There were certain breed restrictions, and I have 6 little siblings. After looking around shelters and not finding a dog that doesn't fit the house restrictions, I stumbled upon the Keeshond looking for a family dog.

There was another breeder closer to me, but expensive. So looking into more breeders I came up on Cindy and called her immediately, we had such a long and nice chat. I explained my situation and I'm thankful she listened, I love my girl Tisha and I can't thank Cindy enough.
